These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all products, services, and transactions provided by SCREWFIX SOLUTION SDN. BHD. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing from us, visiting our store, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

2.1 All products listed are subject to stock availability.
2.2 Product specifications, dimensions, colours, and brands may vary depending on manufacturer updates.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or replace products without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
3.2 Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Payment must be made in full before delivery or collection of goods unless a credit arrangement is approved.
3.4 We accept cash, online transfer, and other payment methods as stated by the Company.

4. Orders & Confirmation

4.1 Orders are considered confirmed only after payment or deposit (if applicable).
4.2 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customer-provided incorrect details.
4.3 Special orders or custom items require full payment and are non-refundable.

5. Delivery & Collection

5.1 Delivery charges depend on location, order size, and transport availability.
5.2 Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 Customers must inspect goods upon delivery or collection.
5.4 Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong items delivered.
6.2 Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
6.3 No returns for:

Goods damaged due to misuse
Cut-to-size materials
Special order items
Clearance or promotional items
6.4 Refunds may take up to 7–14 working days depending on payment method.

7. Warranty

7.1 Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer’s policy.
7.2 The Company does not provide on-site servicing unless stated.
7.3 Warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or modification.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Company is not liable for losses resulting from:

Improper installation
Misuse of products
Third-party contractor work
Delayed delivery
8.2 Our responsibility is limited to product replacement or refund (when applicable).

9. Customer Responsibilities

9.1 Customers must ensure all measurements, quantities, and specifications are correct before ordering.
9.2 Customers are responsible for safe storage and handling after products are delivered or collected.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and communication.
10.2 We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except for delivery partners or required legal purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised Terms.
